Keith is Director of The Talbot Woods HR Consultancy Limited.
Keith graduated in 1971 with an LL.B. Law Degree from the University of London.
Following a career lecturing at Richmond upon Thames College, he was Called to the Bar at Lincolns Inn, London in 1978. He is a Barrister but preferred to act as an in-house lawyer for larger companies rather than practising at the Bar.
Keith has over 30 years' experience as an employment lawyer in the UK and, for over 10 years, has been providing HR support and mediating employment issues and disputes.
Keith is also an accredited mediator.
He lectures on employment issues generally but specialises in redundancy & reorg situations, discrimination & harassment.
He is also a publisher author and has written articles including one titled "Have Grievances passed their Sell-By Date?"
